Terms of Service

MicroReport is a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies subject to EU Regulation (EU) 2023/2055 prepare and generate IUCLID i6z dossiers for submission to ECHA via REACH-IT. We are not a law firm and nothing in our service constitutes legal or regulatory advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter and for verifying that your final dossier meets ECHA requirements before submission.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. All sales are final; refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase if the dossier has not been downloaded.

Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data in bulk
• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Submit false or misleading data to regulatory authorities using our tools
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent

All software, templates, calculation logic, and content within MicroReport are the intellectual property of Deadlion Studio or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that processing.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that dossiers generated using our platform will be accepted by ECHA or comply with all applicable requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadlion Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently erase your data per GDPR Article 17.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Deadlion Studio is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
